3 Days Fort Portal Adventure Safari

Day 1: Transfer to Fort Portal & Exploration

Your journey begins early in the morning with a pickup from Kampala or Entebbe by our professional driver-guide. You will embark on a scenic drive through Uganda’s countryside, passing small towns, farms, and beautiful landscapes.

You will make a stopover at the Equator crossing for photography and a short break. Continue the journey towards Fort Portal, enjoying views of tea plantations and the distant Rwenzori Mountains.

Upon arrival:

• Check in at your lodge/hotel
• Enjoy a delicious lunch
• Relax and freshen up

In the evening:

• Take a guided Fort Portal city tour
• Visit local markets and interact with the community
• Enjoy dinner at the lodge

Day 2: Crater Lakes Tour & Nature Experience

After breakfast, prepare for a full day of exploration around Fort Portal’s famous crater lakes region.

Activities include:

• Visit multiple crater lakes such as Lake Nyinambuga and Lake Nyabikere
• Guided nature walk with breathtaking viewpoints
• Photography of scenic landscapes and hills

Optional activities:

• Canoe/boat ride on the lake
• Visit local tea plantations

Lunch will be served at a scenic location overlooking the lakes.

In the afternoon:

• Continue exploring more lakes and hills
• Relaxation at the lodge

Evening:

• Optional cultural entertainment (local dance/music)
• Dinner and overnight stay

 Day 3: Amabere Caves Visit & Return

After breakfast, check out from the lodge and proceed to visit the famous:

 Amabere Caves & Nyakasura Falls

• Explore the caves and learn about their cultural significance
• Hear fascinating local legends and stories
• Short hike to Nyakasura waterfalls

After the visit:

• Begin your return journey to Kampala
• Lunch stop along the way

Arrival in Kampala/Entebbe in the evening with drop-off at your hotel or airport.
